Individuals with heart conditions, respiratory issues, circulatory problems, high or low blood pressure, or other medical concerns should consult a healthcare professional before using the sauna.

Users are responsible for monitoring their own health and wellbeing and should leave the sauna immediately if they begin to feel unwell.

The sauna is not recommended for individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

The sauna is not recommended for pregnant persons without medical approval.

Cold water immerson may cause shock and other health risks. Enter the sea gradually and with caution.

Never swim alone, and supervise chldren closely at all times. Please be aware that there are no lifeguards on duty.

The sauna is for use of persons aged 16+. Users under the age of 18 will only be permitted alongside a parent/guardian.

Follow all guidelines and staff instructions.

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the session are free of charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, and no shows, may incur a €5 fee.

Comhlacht Forbartha Inis Meáin reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sauna sessions where necessary, including due to maintenance, safety concerns, weather or due to unforeseen circumstances. No cancellation fee will be incurred in these situations.
